My goal is to partner with you to help you address your challenges and struggles in a healthy way. Life is not always easy and we are often faced with difficult transitions, unhealthy or difficult relationships, medical/health issues, self-doubt and a variety of other challenges that require support and healthy strategies for coping. I use an eclectic approach to therapy, which allows me to tailor your treatment plan to meet your specific needs.
Some common therapeutic interventions I utilize are as follows:

- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Solution-Focused Therapy
Additional therapeutic approaches that I am offering to local clients include Dynamic Running Therapy (DRT) and Walk & Talk therapy. Both modalities combine mindfulness and movement into the therapeutic process and are appropriate for those who want to engage in therapy in an outdoor environment.
